Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, underwear, and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Log into your account, go to your order, and submit a return request with your reason. An admin will review and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
